13Thirteen Events (pronounced thirteen thirteen events) is a San Diego based event planning firm that services Southern California and beyond. We know that no two clients are alike and believe that no two events should be either. Every event is unique and should showcase your personality and style. We work hand in hand with our clients throughout the planning process, bringing creative elements that personalize and set your event apart from all others.
We are inspired by our travels, latest trends in both fashion and technology, natural surroundings, and most importantly, our clients' stories and personalities. We combine these inspirations to create events that are truly unforgettable, no matter the size. Whether it is a 3,000 person conference, 400 person gala, a 200 person wedding, or an intimate 10 person anniversary party, we are here to make your event everything you could imagine and more.
We understand planning any event can be stressful, so we do the heavy lifting for you. We’ll handle everything from start to finish and aid you in staying organized, so all you have to do is show up and have fun!
LINDSAY SWAIN
Owner / Lead Coordinator & Designer
Lindsay has been designing and planning events in Southern California since 2011, with experiences ranging from weddings, birthday parties, baby showers, corporate events, and much more. A degree in Interior Design from San Diego State University sets Lindsay apart from other coordinators. Her expertise in space planning, color, and overall design produces one incredible event after another, while her organization skills allow for a stress-free planning experience. Thanks to a keen eye and meticulous attention to detail, Lindsay has had events featured in editorials such as Style Me Pretty and Exquisite Weddings Magazine.
JILL HUDGINS
Coordinator & Designer
Jill Hudgins grew up in Southern California and has been planning and designing events since 2013. From corporate events, to intimate vow renewals, to beach front weddings, as well as destination weddings overlooking the Atlantic and baby showers, Jill loves the uniqueness and style of each event she coordinates and designs.
Jill studied Communications and Psychology at Cal State San Marcos, and has experience ranging from hotel management, hospitality, and event management. Connecting with her clients is her number one priority. Her passionate, cheerful, and detail-orientated personality allows her to develop a genuine relationship with her clients. Jill’s work has been featured on Style Me Pretty, 100 Layer Cake, Exquisite Weddings, Offbeat Bride, and Pop Sugar.
